熟人間的強暴，便是當中最不幸的一種。
人性關係的底線：信任
以心理學來看，讓生命變得有意義的三種基礎感受為「希望、信念、信任」（hope, belief, trust），其對立面是「不信任、玩世不恭、絕望」（mistrust, cynicism, despair）等情緒。因此，有些人可能會說，人類關係的底線，便是信任某人會把你視為具靈魂與需要的同袍，而不是對你進行操縱，好滿足他自己的外在需要或去增益其自我。
可以想像，一旦二人之間的關係是以信任為基礎的，多少像是母嬰關係裡，嬰兒對母親的信任。嬰兒毫無防衛地向母親敞開內心的種種需要，他相信母親會保護與滿足自己，他可以把不適與屎尿丟給她處理，反而得到她悉心照顧。
然而，這同時代表自我與他者（術語：自體客體，selfobject）由於沒有界線，而充滿受傷的可能性。
在此零和關係的受限二人世界裡（limited world of zero-sum relations），對信任的背叛，絕對會產生莫大的心理傷害，因為某人能隨時偷走你的所有物，他的所得等同你的失去，他的快樂源於你受到的傷害。
這個心理傷口，我們稱之為「背叛創傷」（betrayal trauma），其核心是因著對信任的背叛，導致「外在現實」與「一個社會依賴性的必要系統」間的衝突。熟人間的強暴，便是當中最不幸的一種。
當你的世界被那一束光芒所照亮，將塵封的世界打開了，適應了光明，就會下意識的敞開心扉，嘗試去接受一些別的東西
