终于跟心理医生完成了最后一场坦白局+疗愈仪式。分手后的这半年，身体已经逐渐恢复到令自己满意的状态，心理健康也已充电🔋回到满格。最近在练习并逐渐熟练的一个能力：大大方方做自己，温柔直接的表达情绪，不为自己的脆弱感到羞耻。 分享一段心理医生和我的deep talk
