I could eat more of this but I ate remaining of it within the dish.

Late lunch...Plenty carbs therefore this a heavy meal🐮 ... very filling but need my workout 🏋️♂️ 🏃♀️ 💪 yes, that’s what it takes to keep this lovely figure.
End result after dinner for my run. Believe there’s room for improvement. 😒 What happens you take big break for weeks and month not working out. 🤦♀️
This is why appearance can be deceiving. You can’t always judge a book by its cover. 😂
I am big girl at heart but skinny and bones...? Nah, some just say I’m my worst critic.

👀 yesterday work out time... maybe flash of the speed of light...? No more updates with my madness and treadmill 🥵

Light work out for 1 day and the next a break with hyper volt machine to loosen muscles... even then muscles were stiff and painful!!! Today: Protein-fried chicken(chicken the key source to help muscle recovery) and new performance is evidence that pays off...🥵
Run time getting faster but weight not change or increase by a pound or 2 pounds 👀🤦♀️ I feel like a baby moo moo... can’t lose the weight! 😒🥺
